First "Error Retrieving List of Databases" Then "Error Creating Database"

I've tried reinstalling Silverlight, SQL Server, VisualStudio, RIAService, and still getting the "Error Retrieving List of Databases" messages everytime I launch the App. I'm running Windows Serve...

Couldn't connect to localhost

Clean install - yet couldn't connect to a live CTP3
